Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Advantageous:
IT qualification in Networking, Electronics, Information Systems or related field
Cisco CCNA or equivalent
Experience with network monitoring tools
CA Spectrum, NFA, Performance Centre or similar experience
Velocloud Orchestrator or Remedy Helix experience
NB: The 3+ years' relevant experience is essential. Candidates should have practical exposure to network infrastructure and incident support.
