Minimum 2 years experience in Client Services, Claims Processing, Operations or Insurance environment
Knowledge of UIA, UICA, Batho Pele Principles and POPIA
Computer literacy and strong communication skills
NB: Priority will be given to African males and females, people living with disabilities, Coloured males and females and White males and females in line with the EE targets.
