Old Mutual is looking for passionate and driven MFC Sales Agents to join their team in Khayelitsha, Cape Town. Whether you are an experienced salesperson or a recent Matric graduate dreaming of a career in financial services — Old Mutual has something to offer you.

Applicants must have:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Clear credit and criminal record
Proven digital literacy — MS Office, WhatsApp and similar tools
Excellent communication and numeracy skills
High energy, passion and flair for sales and achieving targets
Self-driven with high attention to detail

Beneficial: 6–12 months sales or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
