1 Position Overview

The Department of Health Free State Province, in partnership with an NGO through the Extended Public Works Programme (EPWP), is offering 1 Groundsman/Woman position at Namahadi Clinic in the Thabo Mofutsanyana District.

This contract covers the 2026–2027 financial year from April 2026 to March 2027, offering a monthly stipend of R2 970.00 for maintaining the clinic grounds and facility in a clean, safe and well-kept condition.

2 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

ABET / Standard 8 / Grade 10 minimum education level
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
No criminal record
Proof of address — must reside close to Namahadi Clinic catchment area
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to rotate across different departments, institutions and sites as required

Beneficial: Experience in gardening and cleaning environments will be advantageous. People with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
