1 Position Overview

Truworths is recruiting candidates for its Store Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme within the Field Operations division based across All Provinces in South Africa. This is an 18-month internship opportunity designed for unemployed South African students who have completed an N6 National Certificate and need workplace experience to strengthen their qualifications and improve employability.

The programme offers valuable hands-on retail exposure, customer service training, stock management experience, and opportunities to grow into junior leadership roles.
