1 Position Overview

Old Mutual is looking for driven and customer-focused Trainee Call Centre Agents to market financial products telephonically to new and existing clients. 1 Position Overview

2 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

Matric / Grade 12
6–12 months outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience
Computer literacy — MS Office
Clear credit and criminal records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Beneficial: Previous financial services experience will be an advantage.
