2 Minimum Requirements

6–12 months outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience
Computer literacy — MS Office
Clear credit and criminal records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Aligning product offerings to client needs and financial goals
Maintaining superior service delivery to all customers
Managing personal time and tasks effectively
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying and capitalising on upselling opportunities

NB: Preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates in line with the Old Mutual South Africa Employment Equity Plan.
