Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
Undergraduate qualification in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Operations, Accounting or Finance — NQF Level 6 (SAQA recognised)
Valid Driver's Licence
Minimum 2 years experience in Client Services, Claims Processing, Operations or Insurance environment
Knowledge of UIA, UICA, Batho Pele Principles and POPIA
Computer literacy and strong communication skills
NB: Priority will be given to Coloured Males, Coloured Females, White Males and White Females in line with the Department's Employment Equity Plan.
