Takealot Group — Africa's largest and most customer-centric online shopping destination — is looking for a talented People/HR Intern to join their dynamic HR Operations team in Johannesburg. This internship will rotate across all businesses within the group — takealot.com, TFS and Mr D — giving you broad exposure to HR operations, systems and functions in one of South Africa's fastest-growing e-commerce environments. Matric / Grade 12 certificate
Completed N6 in HR or a similar qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong data capturing and administration skills
Knowledge of applicable legislation — BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA
Understanding of HR functions including recruitment, training, benefits and labour relations
Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
