1 Position Overview

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is offering an 18-month Learning and Development Internship in Centurion, Gauteng. This work-based experience programme is designed for unemployed graduates aged 18–25 who have never previously participated in a Learning and Development internship.

The successful candidate will support skills development administration and learning programme coordination within a government entity committed to youth skills development.

Applicants must have:

Certified Grade 12 certificate
Certified copy of HR Advanced Diploma or Degree
Certified copy of Academic Transcripts
Certified copy of ID
Must be unemployed aged between 18–25 years
Never previously worked or interned in Learning and Development
Must not have previously served as an intern anywhere

Beneficial: Certification in ETDP at NQF Level 4/5 or SDF certificate will be an added advantage.
