Barberton Mines is offering a unique 2-year Internship Learning Programme at their Fairview Mine in Barberton, Mpumalanga. This programme provides BSc or BEng graduates with hands-on exposure to the mining industry, critical business competencies, and real-world metallurgical experience. 2 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

South African citizenship
BSc or BEng Degree relevant to Metallurgy in the mining industry
Minimum pass rate of 60% and above in all final year subjects — no subject failures
Good communication, supervisory, management and leadership skills
Computer literacy
Valid medical fitness certificate — required within 21 days of accepting the offer
Security clearance certificate — clean criminal record

NB: No subject failures in final year will be accepted — a minimum 60% pass rate across all subjects is strictly required.
