Applicants must have:

  • South African citizen residing in eThekwini Municipality

  • Currently unemployed and NEET status

  • Not currently in education or training

  • Studying or have studied in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or related communication field

  • WIL placement requirement from your institution

  • Councillor confirmation letter proving your address and ward


NB: Only manual applications will be accepted — no email or online submissions will be considered.
