Eskom Real Estate is offering 5 Engineer in Training positions across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical and Industrial Engineering disciplines at Megawatt Park, Sunninghill. This 24-month structured training programme combines institutionalised learning with hands-on on-the-job training — giving engineering graduates the technical foundation to provide engineering designs and solutions within South Africa's most critical energy infrastructure organisation.

Applicants must have:

BSc or BEng in Engineering at NQF Level 8 with 480 credits — in one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
No work experience required — graduate entry level
Strong drive to learn and results-focused attitude
Safety-conscious and professional conduct
