Who Should Apply
South African youth who meet all these criteria:
Aged 18–29 as of 1 May 2026 (born between 2 May 1997 and 1 May 2008)
Hold at least a Matric (Grade 12) certificate, or a post-Matric qualification at NQF Level 5 (Higher Certificate), NQF Level 6 (Diploma), or NQF Level 7 (Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree)
Currently unemployed
South African-born African, Coloured, or Indian citizens (as defined by the BBBEE Act for 'black people')
Have not previously participated in a YES Programme with any organisation
Who Should Apply
