Qualifications Required

A minimum qualification of Grade 12 and relevant 1 year diploma.
A certificate in Road Transport Management and / or Labour Law will be an added advantage.
Code B driver's license is compulsory.

Five (5) years' experience in managing and supervising of employees, including instituting of disciplinary procedures.
Computer literate, (Ms Office).
Must have good managerial, numerical and administration skills at superior level.
Must have sound human relations and good communication skill.
Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Labour Relations Act and Bargaining council agreements / Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
