Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Group Head’s diary, meetings, and official events
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support
Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and records
Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
Prepare written reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery
Assist the Group Head in meeting audit, risk, and operational objectives
Ensure effective communication and workflow within the office

Grade 12 (Matric)
