What qualifications are required?
Grade 12 / Matric with a minimum 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, and a minimum 40% in English and a second language are required. A post-Matric qualification in Sales & Marketing is listed as advantageous. No degree is required.
Who can apply — and who cannot?
South African citizens aged 18 to 35 who are currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or full-time studies may apply. You must not have previously completed the same learnership elsewhere. You must have no criminal or adverse credit record. Candidates who do not meet all these conditions are automatically ineligible.
Is work experience required?
No formal work experience is required. This is an entry-level learnership open to unemployed candidates. However, any retail, sales, or customer service experience — even informal — will strengthen your application.
How do I apply?
