AFGRI Equipment, proudly holding the John Deere Agency since 1962, is offering 40 Apprenticeship positions across multiple branches in South Africa. Successful candidates will train as either Tractor Mechanics or Earthmoving Mechanics over a 3-year in-service training programme.

2 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

Grade 12 with English and Mathematics or Technical Mathematics — NOT Mathematical Literacy
Valid Driver's Licence
Good communication and administrative skills
Computer literacy
Highly motivated with strong attention to detail

Advantageous subjects:

Engineering/Technical or Physical Science
Engineering Graphics & Design
Diesel Trade Theory
Motor Trade Theory

NB: Training is provided free of charge if passed. Any failed subjects must be repeated at the apprentice's own cost and time.
